Non-Refundable Deposit

The amount of the deposit will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy More than 7 days before arrival
If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. While the deposit is non-refundable, any additional payments made beyond the deposit amount will be fully refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing and received by our office more than 7 days prior to your service start date by email to rivieraexplorer@gmail.com.

Less than 7 days before arrival
Unfortunately, if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival, we are unable to offer a refund. This policy is in place because, at this late stage, all logistics and services have been finalized and paid for based on the number of participants confirmed.

Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected changes can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. If you wish to reschedule your tour, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on the new booking dates and required adjustments to the tour arrangements.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, which might affect your safety or the feasibility of the tour, we reserve the right to cancel any services. If we cancel your tour due to these force majeure events, we will offer a voucher for a future tour valid for one year or a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
